Can anyone tell me what movie it was where all the animals in a town ran away overnight.  Every dog and cat was gone, and some of the dogs broke chains or chewed their way through fences, walls and such to escape.  I do remember that the theory is that all of the animals sensed something bad coming.  Then the people all started to die.  I can't remember more than that, though. It could have been a movie or part of a miniseries or television show.  Help?
