Searching for movie title

I am looking for a cinemax or showtime softporn show late 1980's to early 1990's. In the episode a guy is a bar owner and has run into financial trouble. His debt can be forgiven if his girlfriend has sex with a guy to cover the debt. The girl is reluctant to go through with it, but her friend talks her into & goes along with her. She stays outside but as the sex scene is going on the friend peeks through a window & sits outside & masturbates watching her friend having sex. I have never been able to find a name for the episode or what show or series it was actually a part of. It seems like it was a 30 minute show no more than an hour long show. Please let me know if anyone has any idea what I am talking about. I have searched exhaustively & have never found it. Thank you for your time and for any help you can give me.
