Teenage werewolf.  His makeup was just slightly less ludicrous than that baseball eyed teen Frankenstein.  (Was that actually his eye or a pimple?)

I don't think Cheney's. Phatntom would attack quasimodo as he never wronged him,  but the phantom was far more cunning,  dangerous abd aggressive towards those who wronged him than quasimodo was.

Jaws without a doubt. That shark is capable of tracking people travelling by aircraft, laying traps not to mention sinking boats and helicopters.
