2018 FATHER'S DAY LOOT THREAD!

So far, this year I have gotten a cordless Ryobi drill, a Blu-Ray edition of DARKEST HOUR, and a razor-sharp, fully functional gladius-style shortsword, equally effective for hacking through underbrush or disemboweling any home invaders!  My wife says she's getting me something else tomorrow . . .

I bought myself some whiskey and a pack of smokes.  

But my kids called me, and Eddie gave me a ride to the store (it was like 94 outside today! And humid!)  

We don't usually exchange gifts too much at all. We're to poor. It all goes to the little kids on holidays and birthdays.
I ain't never celebrated Father's Day (or my birthday since I was a child). Just seems pointless.

One of my many failings in life is that I don't have kids: I like children and they like me. I have plenty young friends - including my very special niece and nephew who saved my life almost ten years ago - so I think I am the designated fun uncle / Marlon Brando Godfather figure for them.
