There was the 1910 Edison Frankenstein; the lost LIFE WITHOUT A SOUL (1915); and the Italian made IL MOSTRO DI FRANKENSTEIN (1920)-also lost.

I just watched my DVD of this "classic" a few days ago:

This is the worst Frankenstein movie ever made, anytime, anywhere, by anyone. And I bought the damned DVD:

Sadly, I have to agree. Sadly because the director is a nice guy and a genuinely talented cinematographer. He's just no director, unfortunately.

Call me weird, but I always enjoyed, for some obscure reason, FRANKENSTEIN AND THE MONSTER FROM HELL (1974).
Oh yeah- that's David (Darth Vader!) Prowse as the Monster from Hell!

"The Monster from Hell" was always one of the weirder looking Frankenstein's Monsters.  It's not a bad design, it's just kinda out there.

The monster from Van Helsing was also a bit odd, but I kinda liked that one.

Did anybody here see that movie about Frankenstein fighting Gargoyles?  I didn't but I was kinda curious

"I, Frankenstein" was a superhero comic movie with frankenstein's creation as a comic superhero,  basically. The same way "Dracula untold" made a comic superhero out of Dracula.

FRANKENSTEIN CONQUERS THE WORLD (1965)!
