Not to get political, but everyone in America is subject to the Affordable Care Act, Congresspeople included. Everyone "uses" Obamacare, by definition. "Obamacare" isn't an insurance plan people opt into, it's the informal name for extensive health care reform legislation. But in the spirit of the thread, ever notice that no one ever blasts classical music at insane volumes from their car stereos? |
