wow... dogsploitation?  Smile

can see why it never got released, however ironically that plot/storyline looks exactly like the kind of thing that would get made now.

I've always been fond of Man's Best Friend.  The scene where the dog climbs the tree and eats the cat is just perfect.

Dogs of Hell (1983) - Never made it to DVD and I don't recall if it was good in a bad way. It used to be on youtube, not sure if it still is.

The Breed (2006) - a bit silly but with a decent old school vibe.

DOGS OF HELL is also known as ROTTWEILER (1983)! In fact it IS ROTTWEILER!

hand on heart, the most well behaved dog I've ever encountered in my life was a rottweiler.  their public image seems to get a raw deal. - whereas my brother's little yorkshire terrier has to wear a muzzle whenever he takes it for walks, because it likes to chomp on strangers!
