Been having some heartburn lately so my doctor wants to make sure it doesn’t develop into something worse. My uncle had esophageal cancer so my doctor wants to keep a closer eye on such things.

Yeah they called back. It’s not Barrett's esophagus but an inflammation. They’re having me take a higher dose of omeprazole (aka Prilosec) and having me back in about two months to see if that helps.
