I’ve been going a little nuts out of boredom after the governor shut down schools, thus making me unable to work. More so, after the governor ordered essentially a state shut down and issued a stay a home order.

To try and stay somewhat sane I’ve been watching a lot of movies, repeatedly checking my work email and see if more sub teaching gigs are available when schools are supposed to reopen.

Fennel seeds left over from last year, & we've had an unusually mild winter, so I got started early...
It's a bag of about a thousand, so I've been planting maybe five to ten each day over the last few days so I don't run out all at once......

Also took my camera out today & took some pictures of a couple spaces I want to clear, a couple privets I want to cut down, & a few stumps that need killing.

My neighbor also gave me a few new plants that produce purple flowers, & I need to figure out where I want to put them.

Sometimes I feel a bit antsy but I'm far from going nuts (I think). I'm staying home for the next 18 days, followed by 3 days work then 5 days home.
I also watch movies and I'm online quite a bit, and I'm texting or video chatting with the family on my cell phone. And yeah, I've been also cooking much moree than usual.

I need to find my Zoom H4n  Or the microphone capsules for my Zoom H5 & rethink that notion I had for a home voice over studio I've always had...

I also need to find the title to my '82 Honda Urban Express, & get all the spare parts together so I can sell it..... I've gone the moped route & didn't like it, & would like to find a cheap 250-450.......

I'm running seven classes from home, online, grading papers and doing ZOOM meetings with my students and co-workers.
When I'm not doing that, I walk outside on my place,  play with the goats, and watch a lot of YouTube and bad movies.

Working from home Monday - Friday.

Playing board games (solo or with my wife)

Reading (books and comics)

Watching movies

Actually, the same stuff I did before the pandemic . . .

I just taught a 45 minute ZOOM lesson to my 8th graders. SO fun!!!
I miss those guys so much, though. It's nice to see their faces, but not being in the room with them sucks.

You have goats?  That is awesome.  One of our neighbors had goats and I used to really delight in feeding those guys leaves.  They wer really friendly.  (Unlike that llama they had though... that guy was an a***ole!)
