HARRIET WHEELER is the lead singer songwriter for THE SUNDAYS. The lady in the YouTube sounds just like her and the music sounds SUNDAYS...
It doesn't seem like it's her. I can't find any connection to her and this audio on Google or YouTube (Although I do see the similarity).
I probably should have mentioned that the song is irrelevant. I'm fairly certain whoever made the song just got
this audio from elsewhere.
I've heard it without the music so I know it's not tied to this song. I can't show you where I got that from as it seems the video I found
it on was taken off of YouTube for a TOS violation a few hours after I watched it. However that video is also not the origin.
The problem is that my exposure to this audio came from watching videos by Patrice Wilson, the producer of Rebecca Black's "Friday".
He's gone from exploiting little girl's singing abilities to exploiting teen suicide with some horribly pretentious videos.

What's irritating is that this guy just picks random s**t out of a hat that sounds sad (Half of which have nothing to do with suicide) and puts it in his video
without giving any credit or links to where he found it.
