^ Are you wearing a mask while you  are eating  at places, Lester? I reckon you can't eat with a mask on. Are you being safe? I hope you are.

many years ago we had an old upright piano that my siamese cat, hellion, loved to" play". preferably at 3am, lol! she was a tiny thing and learned to jump on the keys to make them louder, it was hilarious to watch. Cheers

I intend so determinedly to avoid watching the democrat convention, that I just might watch some schlock by Timothy Hines!

Saw a shirt online that said, "Dear NASA, your mom thought I was big enough. -The Moon"

I thought that was funny.

11 years ago today I was in Italy.  And these two guys were pretty irritated that I was wasting space on my SD card photographing them.

Ever been p**sed off at both your husband and your friend, and so you're sitting downstairs peacefully posting a bunch of stuff on some message board, and you look up and a spider the size and consistency of a dust mop is on the ceiling right over your head. Any guesses as to whether I have?  Smile

Couldn't get to sleep last night for the longest time, then woke up early to let our dogs out, and walked outdoors into the most beautiful, quiet, fogscape I'd seen in a very long time. Pine trees became cathedral towers half-hidden in earthbound clouds, the moist air swirled around like a cloak narrowing the world to the distance of a tennis serve, and when the sun finally rose it pierced all this like it was going through stained glass, setting off diamond prisms in a million droplets of water clinging to tree branches, adorning every tree with necklaces of crystal. Being out there to see this wonder more than made up for any grogginess I might feel later today.

Pretty cool. I've seen some impressive specimens. Me, I prefer that Earth invention, the g'hun.

Ever been looking up at the summer sky and a raindrop hits you in the eye and what's even stranger is how warm rain can sometimes feel? Warmer than a tear as it runs down your cheek.
