What about Sylvester Stallone?

Death Race 2000 & Oscar.

If you are Russian, he might be one of the biggest villains on the planet though.

I don't think he was a good guy in FIRST BLOOD. He was a psycho. Of course the other movies turned him into the Great American Hero.

Teenage werewolf. I mean, he killed people. That's pretty bad.

I don't think he (Tim Allen) has played a bad guy on screen, although he does have a somewhat chequered history in real life having done time for drug dealing (I believe his sentence was reduced for snitching on other people if memory serves), and was caught drink driving. I've not watched a lot of his films (Galaxy Quest, Wild Hogs and the Toy Story ones I think cover what I've seen of him).

Rambo was definitely not the bad guy in First Blood. He had mental health problems, but it can be easily said that he was provoked at every turn.

Agreed: it was the sheriff who was actually the bad guy: all Rambo wanted was something to eat. In the book, this is made clear although in the book, Rambo kills a lot of people.

Rambo also didn’t kill anyone in that movie.

I was going to suggest Sir Michael Caine and Sir Sean Connery but they've both played villains.

Michael Caine in the ridiculously awful NOW YOU SEE ME and its sequel. Not even his greatness could save that stinker.

But, since I mention that one, what about Morgan Freeman? I'm sure he did played some bad guy but I can't recall any right now. Perhaps DREAMCATCHER? Although that movie is so terrible that basically everyone is a bad guy just for showing up and making it.
