Godzilla vs Kong (2021) No Spoilers

Took the day off, so I could see it early.  Also hoping that the theater would be packed at that time.    The theater was only doing half capacity.  Looked like it was at about that part.

If I'm being honest,  I think I liked GKOTM 2019  a bit more,  but I really liked this movie a lot. 

The good is that the fights between the main monsters do not disappoint.  There's some really interesting ideas and visuals.  And it does feel like it wraps everything up nicely.  If we don't get more Monsterverse movies,  I'll be disappointed, but I can live with what we have.  I don't think there's really a bad movie in this film series.

The nitpicks/ bad.  I do wish certain characters got a bit more screen time.  And-maybe this is a very minor spoiler-  But I can do without the paranoid conspiracy character  for a while.  Especially after these last few years were a lot of people are taking them seriously IRL.

So in the end.  Good movie.  I'm definitely going to see it again.  And I hope its not the end.

Saw this one in the theater with my daughter this afternoon, and it was everything you could have wanted it to be!
Lots of action, fast-moving, good characters, and lots of city-smashing kaiju combat!
