My brother in law just died.

My mom just called me to let me know and I'm still a bit in shock. 
Apparently yesterday he had a heart attack in his home. 

He had been overweight for a long time, but had recently really started putting forth effort to change his diet and exercise more.  He'd lost about thirty pounds since the beginning of the year. 

We weren't especially close, but he was a good guy, friendly and hardworking with a good sense of humor and it just feels weird knowing he's not there anymore.  He's only about ten years older than me, too.   


My sister hasn't made plans yet so right now everything is still up in the air.

I really don't know what I'm supposed to do next either.  I don't even know if there's going to be a funereal or what they're doing yet.  I tried to call my sister but she was so shaken up she couldn't really talk.
