I been thinking about writing a book with the intended target audience being the terminally ill. I am going to call it:

Pranks You Can Play From Your Deathbed

Prank one: Time it just right so that with your last breath you gasp out to your loved-ones that you've hidden a s**t-ton of money  in your house, then just as they lean in to hear where, you die.

Prank two: While on your deathbed, you give your gathered loved-ones a spooky look and utter ominously: "I just had a vision of the future, and know how you're all going to die!" Then you stare real sorrowfully at the one you like least. Then you die.

So far that's all I've written.

I am told that there is an active dogging community at a nearby(ish) battlesite (Culloden). I should have sent them up that way.  I was told that the owner of one of the local chip shops was very active in the local swinging scene. I also noticed that this same fish and chip shop was often closed due to staff having ill health. It has new owners now, but I still don't go there lol. No idea how busy the scene is. Never quite understood the whole turn up and bang some other guys wife while he watches mentality.  Question Someone did try and get Kristi and me involved in that scene many years ago, but she wasn't any more interested in that idea than I was.

Hearing gossip like that is one of the reasons I don't get involved in community stuff much. The other reason is me just not liking people.

Warlords of Atlantis just came on the TV. First I thought, oh cool, love that movie. Then I thought I remember seeing that in the cinema. Then I remembered that was in the 70s and now I just feel old.

Had a guy come in with his girlfriend for a pass. He was being a bit ignorant and I bluntly told him I could just refuse to give him a pass. His partner told him to shut up and stop acting like a c**t. I'm wishing I'd said to him "Do you know how much trouble I'll get into if I refuse you access? Absolutely none."

I'd imagine his lady friend would have been well impressed with him if she'd to walk the 5 or 6 miles back to Elgin on a freezing cold night.

Went to a funeral today because I couldn't get out of it short of faking a seizure. I guess I wanted to go and be with my friends during this time, but I loathe funerals. Dead people are there, you know, but I never look at the dead person.  I always feel like burning my clothes afterwards, but taking them off first. Funerals make no sense. And they're too expensive. And dead people are there. I don't look at them, but I know they're still there. I used to give this woman high fives and everything. You humans creep my hybrid self out.

I watched some of an Aussie show called "Sea Patrol" on tubi. It's a non ironic show about the Sea Patrol there and the stuff they encounter. In the right sort of environment it could be pretty good? I have a real soft spot for shows like Flipper and Sea hunt

I wonder if environmentalists ever get angry with Superman for stopping a flood with a giant boulder, or punching a hole in a mountain to create a runoff....

I have a friend on discord that I've been talking to and working on projects with for about five years now.  The whole time I've known him, he's been sick and slowly dying.  Tonight, he logged off for the final time and said he was going to spend his last few weeks with family.

It's really weird saying goodbye to somebody when you know that their time is almost up and you'll never talk to them again.
