The Movie is fairly recent, maybe ten years.

It starts out with a small group of people mountain climbing and they're lashed together. They slip and one of the men is supporting the full weight of the others while hanging off the ledge. He must make a choice to fall to his death with his friends or cut the line and save his own life.

He cuts the line... fast forward a few years and a group of teens are at a mountain cabin and someone is forcing them to either be killed or kill their friend to survive.
