Almost a parody of 1960's The Time Machine

I was watching a movie on one of the late night channels when I was younger. I don't remember much about it except that it was set on another planet or something. There were a bunch of beautiful women dressed much like the eloi in the 1960s version of The Time Machine, only their outfits were much more revealing and they had nothing on underneath. idk, maybe I dreamt it.

How old was the film? Black and white? Color?
