Strays. I feel sorry for them, as they haven't anyone to give them a home. I found a stray pup living under my car. Friendly lil guy. I took him to my friends Barb and Steve. Good animal people. They have currantly two Rotwillers, females, and the girls adopted the pup. (We get alone fine, i've know them since pups, and they are friendly...once they're sure your not a threat to thier people.) Willie (As in will he stay, or will he go) is a brown shepard mutt, and a good pooch. But, as you said, Andrew, the owners have to be responsable for the beasts. My friends are firm, but loveing owners, and they "Keep up the maintance", so to speak. The canines know whos "Top dog", and when mom is mad, they do as their told, as they don't want to be put in the corner. They would miss the affection they get too much. Works with children, too. I asked John about the owner of the cat he killed. Said they told him what the cat was doing (Crapping, killing birds, digging, ect) and the guy refused to get the message. Maby a hard lesson, but Cats are preditors, as are dogs, and its a matter of personality type which you prefer. I like dogs because they let you know how they feel about you right up front, and they are loyal. And, personaly, i've met a lot more dogs like that, then cats.
