Speaking of 80's from previous threads - anybody catch NBC's "The Re-run Show"? Takes the scripts word for word from late 70's early 80's shows like The Jeffersons, Diff'rent Strokes, Patridge Family, Facts of LIfe..etc. Not sure what else they'll show, it was actually pretty amusing. I loved some of those old shows, watching them make fun of it was hillarious..even tho it was pretty bad (i mean the woman playing Arnold in "Diff'rent strokes you could sometimes see her real legs when she was getting up and down from the couch) But overall i think its' reviving some shows that some people still watch on Nick at Nite and probably make fun of by themself anyhow. Not sure if they'll have shows like "What's Happening" or "Alice"..tho it might be amusing.

That's the worst concept for a television show ever. And the worst title ever. Move over, My Mother The Car.

Like it wasn't intended to show her real legs. I mean, the show makes fun of the old DIFF'RENT STROKES by having Arnold holding a huge pencil and then having his brother hold it and the pencil is of normal size! Or how about when Arnold slides down the railing of the stairs. Arnold is the size of a doll (which it really is) and falls on the floor, then it cuts to the woman playing Arnold of normal size! So it definately was INTENDED to show the girl's real legs. It's funnier that way.

THE RERUN SHOW is by no means great, but hey it's TV! And if it goes downhill, their is always THE SIMPSONS.

Oh, and how about those mug shots of the real cast from DIFF'RENT STROKES at the wall near the stairs. Quite funny.

Yeah I know..she was walking on her knees. What I meant was there were times the camera didn't quote cut off the fact that her REAL legs were back there and we could see em. But then it IS a spoof so who cares. It's a hell of alot better than some of the crap that's on these days (ie: reality tv! blech)
