Trying to ID a movie about a Fat Farm

What is the name of the movie where a successful stripper wanted to change careers and become an elementary school teacher (or was it some sort of acting job playing an elementary school teacher for a kids' tv show) but was told she had to lose weight (decrease her bust size) first? She went to different people for advice and if she thought the advice was good, she gave them something called a "Grand One." Eventually she ended up at a Fat Farm where they wrapped her in cellophane and did all sorts of other nonsensical things to help her lose inches and finally in the end, her dream comes true... she becomes an elementary school teacher.

Haven't seen this in about 10 or 12 years so I can't remember any more details than that.

Might be TAKIN' IT OFF with Kitten Natividad.  I can't remember the plot, but definitely remember the "grand ones."

Did some research...apparently, there was a sequel to TAKIN' IT OFF called TAKIN' IT ALL OFF.  It might be that one, because I don't really remember anything about fat farms in the movie I saw.
