Please identify this horror movie.

i can remember growing up at my grandmothers house when I was about 13 or 14 i stumbled upon a movie that my uncle had bought from a flea market, I do not remember the nam, however i do remember the basis of the film.

The film was b-movie material, and it starred a young girl and an older man, possibly a grandfather or father. The girl was molested by the father figure and became pregnant.

One night on a drive down a road the car swerved and they crashed, the father figure's head could be heard plopping into the water by the car,( It was possibly raining, i cant recall. )

The father figures ghost haunted this house that they lived in and people came in and tried to get rid of it or something of that sort..

The ghost played Beethoven's fur elise on the piano.

Please help me with this movie, it has been driving me crazy!!!
