....Plot?: British /arab oil concessions are threatened by master criminal. Brits hire master crimminaless to foil plot to steal 50 mil pound diamond paymant to Arab sheik. Hummm.. i guess it does have a plot.

....Weird,weird Period piece. Some of the set designs look like they could induce epileptic sezures. This film is trying to be "Mod", and looks like a bad comic book. And as its based on a comic book i'm not familure with,....i'll reserve judgement. Not emotionaly engaging, more like eye candy, and the flavor is odd. Distinctly odd. Hard to Misty, as it has no serious under tone to riff on.
....In short,.....throw it in the air, and yell "Skeet!"
