Has anyone seen Baron Blood (starring Joseph Cotton)? My wife refers to it as "that movie where the guy comes out of his grave wearing a hat." (If you haven't seen it, that should increase your curiosity).

I've never seen it uncut. When I saw it, it went from them discovering who he was to them bleeding in the dungeon.

Don't worry . . . the uncut version isn't anything great. Probably the bloodiest scene is someone being closed in a coffin with spikes in it, and it isn't very graphic. You didn't miss much.

I'd still like to see it uncut. I used to see this movie on TV occasionally when I was little, and even then I knew something was missing.

Know what sucks? Once a movie has been cut for TV, that version seems to be set in stone and they never re-cut it, even if 20 years have passed and the standards relaxed. They could probably show Baron Blood uncut on a commercial channel and nobody would even blink.

Well, I liked the title and poster better than the movie. I was a bit dissapointed., but if I had my own TV station I would show it.
