This movie is something else.  We rented it for New Year's Eve.  Joe Estevez and Frank Stallone in the same movie with a banjo-playing invisible man on rollerblades.

You know the IMDb bottom one hundred is wrong when this films got a perfect 1.0 and still isnt on the list.

Wait, looking at the user ratings, its had 9 '10' rating and its pretty obvious that its average rating is around 3. IMDbs stupid sometimes.

I had a little look around and I'm pretty sure it's not available at all on NTSC VHS.
There are PAL copies on eBay for like $5 and at Blackstar.co.uk for like $18.
