mosquito is a classic. Don't be fooled into thinking that if this was a good giant mosquito movie, that SKEETER would be good too. Stay away from skeeter..

I know either Skeeter or Mosquito has Urkel in it....Which one?  And does he die a painful death?

I think both have a tied on hot girls but no fun department. I really wish I never rented both movies before they came on cable wasted good money.

Any film where two drunk hicks fishing get attacked by a mosquito the size of a Rottweiler is okey by me!

Ken Begg and I once had a conversation about what made "Mosquito" a better movie than "Skeeter."  It was nice that they didn't play up Gunnar's role in the film.  Their entire homage was pretty much him picking up and chainsaw and acting along the lines of, "This, this feels good."

The big bugs were pretty nice work, with the large exception of the scenes with them chasing the RV.  That was on the other end of the scale - pretty terrible.
