Name this Bad Movie

Okay...At work one day last month, we were going to watch the Tigers game (insert joke here) and turned on the local UPN station about 20 minutes before the game started. We caught the end of a horribly funny skydiving action movie starring one of the Baldwin brothers. I forgot to look at the tv listings when I got home, and just remembered about it. It looked like prime bad movie material....Does anyone know anything about this movie?
