Depending on what Tranquil's email address is, he could have cloned his own name.  All it takes is a little changing of the letters.  It works.  I know someone who does it all the time.  Maybe as  long as Tranquil behaves, Andrew will let him stay.

I know that Tranquil received a pretty rude set of responses to his one post about hating certain movies.  Also, when he did sign back on (probably on a friend or neighbor's computer), it was not to be disturbing.

What caused the banning was him carrying on the flame war, including insulting Evan, and also making random posts of nothing except song lyrics.

In any case, I just removed the Deny entry for his IP address and hopefully we can all just talk about movies and enjoy ourselves.

I doubt he'll behave, he's shown that self control is NOT his specialty. but thats just me.
