I just  read that Hugh Jackman has expressed interest in starring in Tarzan: Lord of the Jungle.  It would be set in modern times and Tarzan would move to the city and become a champion of those in despair.

Here's the real weirdness: The film is to be written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen!

This was reported in a British Tabloid called the Daily Star.

But, you know when I think about it,  it sounds like a strangely fascinating idea.
