SHE GODS OF SHARK REEF (1958) - Roger Corman directed this South Pacific drama about a island of native women and the shark infested reef just off the beach. A ships sinks on  the reef during a storm and two brothers survive. One brother seems to be bad and one good. The good one falls for one of the native women while the leader who is a mean old lady dosn't want them around. The brothers try to leave this island of women. The story never explains why there are no men. After some hula dancing by some professional dancers they make their escape, but the bad brother returns to steal some precious pearls. The island women are very superstitious and sacrifice women occasionally to the sharks as an offering. The good brother saves a girl a couple times from they sail off. The film has beautiful scenery, but nothing else. I liked this film only because I enjoy most South Pacific storys. Otherwise don't bother with this film.

Here's a little review of the film She Gods of Shark Reef

I would agree that this film is passable, but not overly memorable; I had to read well into your description before I remembered I had watched it. The story of the brothers leaves some big questions (If the good brother is so darned good, why does he continually help his evil brother complete crimes?), but at least that story does lend some decent drama to the film.

Yes, I've seen I EAT YOUR SKIN. It's like a bad James Bond meets Zombies film. It's worth a look. I wouldn't pay more than a couple dollars to see it though. It's drive-in companion I DRINK YOUR BLOOD is much much better. Lets just say it's better than KING OF THE ZOMBIES and maybe less than REVOLT OF THE ZOMBIES.

If I remember correctly I EAT YOUR SKIN wasn't released until like 8 years after it was produced and that was as a double Drive-In feature along with I DRINK YOUR BLOOD.
