Am I the only one that didn't like "House of 1000 Corpses"?  I'm feeling very left out because of how much I HATED it.

I still think that HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES was one of the most enjoyable horror movies in years.  After years of crap like SCREAM, FREDDY, JASON, I KNOW WHAT YOU DID, and all the rest of them, HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES was a breath of fresh air.

yes!!!!!!! h o u s e o f 1 0 0 0 corpses is a must seen movie. its not an ordinary film like the burgomaster said, its not like thosecopy cat killer movies like scream and i know what you did last summer. there is nobody that hides their face in the movie(except tiny firefly) but other than that i cannot wait until the sequel!!!!!

i wish they could a clip or something on the sequel but it looks like ill have to wait.house of 1000 corpses is the most best horror movie with lots of violence. it shows how crazy the world is out there!

i wish i could of seen house of 1000 corpses in theatres... maybe they will re release it but i doubt it but it would be wicked if they did!

You are not alone, while it was not the worst movie I had ever seen, it was certainaly not the best.  I did not like that characters, they had no depth.  Though the effects were fairly decent.  Just not something I would sit down and watch often.  But I did like the guy in the gas station, the clown guy....he was pretty funny.

Yeah- the clown cracked me up.  I watched the intro part on the main menu at least twice.

As far as the movie, I'll agree that the effects were good.   I didn't give a care about whether the characters lived or died, which doesn't help with the suspense factor.  The bad guys were merely annoying... not scary.  The little plot "twists" didn't do anything for me either.

In summary: I didn't like it.
