Hi, has anyone else seen this movie yet? If you've not and are looking forward to it don't read on.

But if you do it'll save you some money - that was one of the worst films I've ever seen - unfortunately not a great so bad it's funny film but it did get a few laughs out of sheer stupidity.
The best bits were every scene with Robert De Niro who was doing a great job at acting as though he was just reading straight from the script not giving a f**k about the film at all. A great bit like this was when he was delivering a baby - he couldn't even put any enthusiasm into saying 'push' he just repeated it quietly 4 or 5 times and that was it.
I thought it was going to be an ok scary psycho kid film, but there was hardly any really scary scenes in it, other than the fact that over the 7 years the film was set none of the characters seemed to have aged much.
The only thing that I can now think about that film was that during the kids birthday his mum - the photographer - wouldn't have got a good photo using the camera she had with no flash, the shutterspeed would have to be pretty slow for just candlelight, and the pictures would be all blurred, that's how crap the film was...
Anyone find anything to enjoy from the film? or feel the same way (not about the photos..)?
