How does it guess right every time?

The answer is quite simple you can take any two digit numbers in the world add them together and then subtract that total from the original number and you will alyways come out with one of  13 number.  
9,18,27,29,36,45,54,55,63,72,75,81,92

Each time these 13 numbers will have the same symbol, so with him giving you so many choices of numbers and symbols it seems like it is really reading your mind.  But it is all an illusion, it is just simple math.
