Hi, I recently picked up "Ladies and Gentlemen the Best of George Michael" and have really enjoyed it thus far.  Are there any greatest hits packages that anyone else has purchased and felt the same way? Though I prefer to buy cds as they were originally released (or remastered versions) I also have quite a bit of greatest hits cds in my collection. I especially like when new tracks are added on to the cd, sometimes from an artist that has not released anything in years. Some of my favorites are Michael Jackson's "History", which has a whole disc chalked full of new material, Nirvana's greatest hits cd, which has of course "I Know Your Right" and a couple of new versions of "Pennyroyal Tea" and "Sliver", and Queen's "Greatest Hit's" volumes one and two, which although don't really have any new songs, is just a fantastic collection. Anyone else?

Paul McCartney redid Let it Be without Phil Spector's "additions."  I've only listened to it on my truck's cd player, but even there it does sound different, and in some ways better.  The piano on The Long and Winding Road really stands out.
