What is this movie? Help

Ok, someone out there has to know this.

I rented a movie in the 1991-92 timeframe, about the same time I got into Toxic Revenger and Surf Nazis and Class of Nuke 'em.

It was about a liquor store owner who ended up selling this toxic booze, like Mad Dog, that turned people into goo, someone melted down a toilet and then it blew up. This bottle of booze got passed around, turned people into zombies etc. All kinds of stuff like that. Pretty low budget special effects. There were hookers involved, of course.

Please help. I need to know what this is.

I'm tempted to say Redneck Zombies, what with the reference of people turning into zombies after drinking a sort of liquor haing been mixed with radioactive waste, but I am not totally sure.....

It is definately Street Trash and even though I didnt see it in it's entirety I can't say I liked it,then again it was 10 years ago when I saw it and was only 13/14 years old
