Note the law suit was filed in New Mexico because stupid law suits can be filed decades after the fact there. Has the sun just baked too many brains in NM's court system ?? What's the deal killer in their law suit is that they themselves say "...they did not do all those crazy things.." ...well then the defence lawyer will say..."Guess it's not you the movie based it's fictional characters on!!" In New Mexico, if you got a wedgy in gym glass circa 1976, you could sue the school board, the PTA and the wedgy-ist for causing you to be a pent up geek who never made sqwat of their pathic lives in some dump of a Texas town 30 years after the fact. The next Texan to sue should be G.W. Bush...the press has said he smoked weed, snorted blow, chased more skirt and drank more booze than most college campuses and most diffenently more than these rubes combined. Which goes to show drinking light beer in high school or college will GO ON YOUR PERMANENT RECORD. Oh the humanity.
