Phew ! That bit of film history Ozzymandias put a whole new spin on how I look at this terrible film. It was very hard to watch, but I must admit I liked the ending with the transformation of the family in the bedroom and the slaughter of everyone in the house.

Scott: I have to say for a Milligan picture the werewolf make-up is pretty good.  I'll just say (without spoiling it) the epilog at the end is kind of goofy.

According to IMDB, Hope Stansbury died in 1973, however another page list here as having been in plays off-Broadway as late as 1975 and a Google search turned up a real estate agent named Hope Stansbury who look just like here only older. Of course, there is a minister I know named Richard Nichols, who was a minor child star in the 40s. IMDB says he died last year and I saw him this fall at my aunt's funeral. I think they get people with the same name mixed up because they list him as having played a cop on NAKED CITY in the 60s. He had given up acting at that point.

Burgomaster: How about Hammer's BLOOD FROM THE MUMMY'S TOMB? That has a gross sound to it.

US-directors/US-audience seem to have had a strange affinity towards "teenage monsters".
Here is my "I was ..."-List:

- I Was a Teenage Werewolf   1957
- I Was a Teenage Frankenstein   1957
- I Was a Teenage Zombie   1987
- I Was a Teenage Vampire  1988
- I Was a Teenage Sex Mutant  (aka  Dr. alien)  1988
- I Was a Teenage Mummy   1962/1992

and some other funny titles:

- Return of the Idiot   1999 (this is not a bad movie, but the title is funny)

- Creepozoids   1987

- I Was an Atomic Mutant   2003

- Dr. Terror´s Gallery of Horrors   1966

This collection weird and strange titles must be expanded!

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but "Jaws: The Revenge." To paraphrase a comedian whose name eludes me, "It's a FISH. It CANNOT TAKE REVENGE!"
