I once, inadvertantly, ended up being in a sales training video. I was teaching a group of salespeople how to close. It turned out that they had videotaped the session and continued to use it as a training video after I had left the company. Of course, I didn't get paid for it.

The Educational Archives series of DVDs has some pretty good training films.  My favorite is "Shake Hands with Danger."
