help with old halloween movie

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else remembers this movie. I used to watch it a lot when I was a kid (83-86) and it was always on halloween. The plot involves dracula (or a vampire) inviting a bunch of monsters to his castle (live action). I remember a mummy and a zombie coming out of the fog into his castle (the zombie had on a giant brown cloak). I know this is vague, but does anyone remember this movie?

I remember as a kid a Halloween special called with Judd Hirsch as Dracula and a few other sitcom actors as monsters. It had more adult humor to it than the regular childrens holliday special.

Do you by any chance remember if Judd Hirsch(sp) (TAXI, DEAR JOHN) was in this?

We brought up the same actor simultaneously. I remember that Dracula (Hirsch) was trying to talk the wicked witch out of her room. She was upset about something and was refusing to fly on Halloween. One on the other monsters suggested to Dracula to become a bat and walk under the door. As he did, the witch proceeded to swat him with her broom. It was kind of humorous. Does this sound familiar?
