The first movie:   All I can remember is that a lady gave birth to a big rat that was blue in color.                  The second movie had a bunch of big head babies that killed people on a tropical island.  The third movie had a bunch of army guys
that lived under water and killed a bunch of people when the came on land

The second one sounds like IT'S ALIVE III: ISLAND OF THE ALIVE. Very bad.

The third one should be SHOCKWAVES with Peter Cushing. Actually kind of a good B-movie.

No idea on the first one without more info, sorry.

Thanks alot those are two of the three.   I just remembered another movie from when I was a kid.  There were these monsters, apes or something I cant remember, well they spied on this family through the heat vents in the floor. I
was like 4 years old it it really creeped me out.  I'd love to see it again. That's all I really remember was they(monsters) lived under the house and there was alot of camera angles from the vents in the floors.  Once again,  Your awesome, Thanks

i can't remember for sure, but the rat movie may be "food of the gods part II." about giant killer lab rats...

i'm actually part way through watching it right now, no rat-birth as of yet...

Was it a car or an RV. It sounds similar to RACE WITH THE DEVIL.

It's not what you say, it's how you say it.

This could be BLEEDERS.  Lots of floor vent POV shots in that one.

In the 1970s/AmicusTales from the Crypt movie, one of the segments has a man in a car being chased by a man on a motorcycle... when the driver finally sees him in his rearview mirror, the motorcyclist looks up and is actually a skeleton.

It's a long shot, but it's possible.

Thanks for reminding me. That does sound like a better match. Wasn't that the segment where they get three wishes, but it backfires on them horribly?

You know, that third one could also be Zombie Lake.
