Sorry about that.  The ISP that I work for (clis.com) had a mail server outage recently.  

You can contact me at george@sipen.com and it should go through pretty easily.  And, if you could, forward me one of the emails that got bounced back to you so I can see what the problem was and see if we can get the server straightened out.

Got the email last week but haven't been able to respond.  My Sipen.com email address is pretty much useless at the moment.  Sipen is a company that I "co-own" and we are trying to get off the ground at the moment.  We do web-hosting and such but recently someone hacked into the web server (which was running Redhat Linux) and set it up as a zombie for sending out spam and also to use for phishing scams on Ebay.

So, Ebay alerted us to that and the FBI was involved......

So, we're working on fixing that server at the moment, hence no email response.

As to the email though:

Unfortunatly we still won't be able to make it to the meeting up there, although we really wish we could.  We did send in applications to HauntedNC and are waiting to see if we are accepted, etc.  Also, congrats on being a team leader!  Let me know what radio station it is and I'll see if they have sometype of net-broadcast that I could listen in on.

As for possibly putting YahooIM on your machine, let me know if you do and I'll add you to my list.  It's about the easiest way to get ahold of me.

I've reported many of those ebay phishing scams, too many to count. Hell, if I knew they were coming from you...j/k

Too bad you can't make the trip because it does promise to be a good one. As far as the media that will be involved, nothing will be live. The DJs that the director managed to secure are morning DJs (Monday-Friday) so they will be doing some kind of "fun" report on it some day during the following week when they're on. The TV crew, I believe, will consist of some people who are friends with the DJs and they will film of course but I have no idea how that will actually be handled. I'm sure it will hit their news station at some point but for now, I'm in the dark so to speak. The director doesn't usually let too much information out ahead of time because he doesn't want to take chances on tainting results but he did fill me in on this because I am the head of the Northeastern Division and I will be a leader on a floor that night so I have a need to know. But, once it's all going on, I will find out if and when any of this will hit the airwaves and maybe I could tape it for you if you're interested.
OK, so you're still waiting to hear from HauntedNC...It's possible I have another lead for you that I'm currently trying to clarify so if that doesn't work out for you, let me know.
