I got an idea for a game, kind of like that other guy from the "our own real names club", forgotten his name now. Let's think of titles and premises for Robert Ludlum novels! Inspired by the library scene in that MSTK movie about the space mummy.

The Ludlum Conundrum
     - An autobiography.

The Ozzymandias Precident
     - A judge makes a weird ruling just to get his name into history books.

The Murmeerng Purflurfery
     - Secret  Hollywood cabal conspires to turn all fictional Middle Eastern non-Jewish villains into white supremicists.

The Conspiracy Schmunspiracy
     - Permicious Zionist agents infiltrate Hollywood and try to make mini-Coopers seem cooler than they are.

The Alcopulco Vacation
     - A plot to use a boring slide show to hypnotize people into accepting creepy renditions of "Jesus Loves Me" as appropriate in almost any context in a movie.

Needless to say, they don't all have to be funny.

Those are some good ones.

I've only read The Bourne Identity and I get a headache just thinking about it. He should have writting the Da Vinci Code. That would have been something. It wouldn't be so dumbed down.

The whole time I wondered where he came up with that stuff.  I guess you're not all that far off with this post.

With the sole exception of "The Matarese circle", I hate everything Ludlum has ever written, including checks. Dull, boring, impossible to follow... his novels are the definitive cure to insomnia. And yes, the way he thinks of titles couldn't be more moronic.

Where was I? Oh, yeah, Ludlum. OK, I'm playing.

"The Ostrich Weekend" --> Some couple is invited to an ostrich farm in the Australia outback. However, the man has been recently approached by a CIA agent who has told him that at least one of the ostrich kept is a bionic one designed to murder the president of the US when he comes to Australia in a personal visit to the PM and is served roasted ostrich. Can he identify the right animal? Can he keep his wife from suspecting anything? Can he understand whatever is australian-accented host is saying after two beers?

The funny thing is that it resembles too much the original (The Ostermand Weekend) to be funny.

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.
