Mid-sixties and warm enough to hang laundry out.

We are having our first snow of the season. It is coming down fairly heavily, but due to the salt winds blowing in from the sea, I don't see it lasting long. Further inland is no doubt a lot heavier and will lie longer.

We have loadshedding (poor service delivery of electricity), government corruption (for which no one ever seems to go to jail) and now we have floods too.

Once you get outside our steet, no one seemed to have bothered gritting their pavement, so the housing estate was a sheet of ice.

Well a cold front from up north is crossing paths with a warm front from the south producing some tornadoes. There was one that touched down in the city.

New Orleans.  Tge city can somewhat stand hurricanes,  but not tornadoes.

Still icy outside, but with temperatures expected to reach a balmy 10 degrees later, it will hopefully melt.
