He's still alive. Helps run a production company now.

Thank goodness!  The title of this freaked me out, since I'm a fan of Mr. Brown.  There's just something about him you have to like.  It always seems like he's fully aware he isn't that good an actor but he's at least trying.

I always hate it when I find out an actor I liked passed on a long time after it happens and I didn't know about it. Steve James (from American Ninja) was dead for about a year before I came across the news of his passing in an issue of a karate magazine.

I felt the same way after deciding to track down Lash LaRue for an interview.  He was an old western star (Scott probably knows this already) and the man who made The Dark Power such a fun movie.

And then, much later, I was interested in finding Rell the Cyclops from Krull.  (He also played Gort in "Hawk the Slayer."  I would have never known, if it were not for the IMDB.)  He had passed away in 1993.

I hear you: I remember how bummed out I got to hear that John Agar died, and it was two years or so after the event happened that I found out.

I'm glad to hear that Reb isn't dead...I actually like how angry he plays his characters during the gunfight scenes that he performs.
