Listening to:
I Stoled This Record by Cledus T. Judd

Action News Theme! by Big Daddy Graham.

That's interesting, Happy, I've been listening N.W.A. too:

Good album, there.  Just picked it up, myself.  The store had ZERO Leon Redbone in stock.  So it was down to "Straight Outta Compton" or Public Enemy's "It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back."  Next time, I'm getting PE's album.  I've been getting into them recently.

Did you buy a used copy?  I thought it was "oop" (outta print) in the USA.  There is a 20th anniversary release and import...

Me?  I'm listening to JUNE CHRISTY This Time Of Year

W.A.S.P. - The Crimson Idol [1992]

Small | Large

Probably the best W.A.S.P. album, Blackie Lawless poured his heart and soul into this concept piece for almost 3 years. The Idol is a stunning ballad, that I always find very haunting.

I don't know if it's 'oop' or not.  The package didn't say used, or have the 'import' stamp on it, and it certainly wasn't the 20th Anniversary release, as that was a couple bucks more than what I spent.  May have been used, but there's wasn't a sticker on it indicating that.  Who knows.  Makes me wonder, now, but as long as it plays well, it doesn't matter if it's used or not.

TRIVIUM - Shogun [2008]

Small | Large

It's a very big thing for me to be able to listen to anything recorded after 1990, but I do think Trivium are a really decent modern metal band. I heard "The Crusade" and was very impressed, since I thought their earlier stuff was screamy-emo drivel, but they seem to get better all the time. This album is a stonker! Really brutal, but very melodic at the same time and the band's chops have come on leaps and bounds. Reminds me almost of a mix between late 80's Metallica and late 90's Testament - by no means a bad thing!  Thumbup

Lately I been listening to a lot of '90's music, songs I liked in high school and college. At this moment, case in point, I'm listening to Your Woman by White Town.
